A technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience as a Chief Technology Officer, Peter is passionate about helping companies make smart, cost-effective, technology and staff decisions. Under his leadership, NeuEon has built a broad line of services to help organizations of all sizes succeed. Peter’s collaborative approach to working with clients has won praise from senior executives across a spectrum of industries.
Before founding NeuEon, Peter served as Vice President and CTO for custom Internet software provider Harrison & Troxell, Inc, in Boston. Under his leadership, the firm grew from two to 50 employees and increased revenue from $200K to $6M. Following H&T’s acquisition by Inforonics, Peter served as VP of Technology for the 40-year-old technology firm. While there Peter was involved in the due diligence process for Inforonics’ acquisitions including Delphi Forums (now Prospero).
Peter attended the Entrepreneurship Development Program at MIT and currently serves as the Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce. As the EIR for the Chamber, Peter works directly with early-stage entrepreneurs on developing their business model and funding pitches, as well as economic development initiatives that further the mission of entrepreneurship in the region. In addition, Peter has successfully completed the Lean LaunchPad for Incubators/Accelerators program by NCIIA. He is a past chairman of the board of directors for the Cape Cod Technology Council and remains on the board and is also an organizer and certified facilitator for Startup Weekend. Peter serves on the board of directors of the Cape and Islands Workforce Investment Board and is currently on the advisory board of the Southern New England Entrepreneurs Forum (SNEEF) and the Charlton College of Business at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He holds a bachelor of science in computer science from Northeastern University.
Tom brings over two decades of business, IT and consulting leadership to NeuEon. Tom has extensive experience in the areas of business and technology leadership across many industries including financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, and consumer goods. Within these sectors, Tom has specific expertise in the areas of process improvement, digitization and standardization, merger/acquisitions, system implementations, enterprise resource planning, and work-force optimization.
Having served as both a COO and CIO for Boston-based firms, Tom has gained a deep understanding of leveraging technology to create organizational benefits. In his leadership roles he has been responsible for finance, recruiting, consulting services, and technology organizations for small and enterprise level companies. In addition to his roles in Boston and the Midwest, Tom has provided executive-level technology consulting and served as chief information officer to outsourced ventures in the United States and Europe.
Tom serves on several boards, including Chairman of the Board for Trunity, Inc. and is a board member for AgEagle Aerial Systems.
Tom is a regular speaker at industry events and has contributed to various publications on the use of technology and people to create organizational efficiencies. He holds a dual bachelor of science in accounting and management from Bryant University.
Todd is a proven entrepreneur and has been involved in leading, developing, and implementing business-enhancing technology solutions for over a decade. As Director of Consulting at NeuEon, Todd has driven a wide variety of engagements with businesses across several industries. These engagements span from strategy-focused projects, to implementation and management of complex projects. Projects include the selection and implementation of key infrastructure components for traditional companies, to product development and management of onshore and offshore development teams for start-up and emerging technology companies.
Prior to joining NeuEon, Todd founded and created a successful digital media company expanding a traditional business by leveraging emerging technology. Todd also served as Executive Vice President of Operations for a national consumer retail company in the health and wellness industry. In this role, he built and managed various cross-functional teams responsible for supporting over 14 national retail centers. This included the implementation of all front-end and back-office systems including marketing, sales, support, and internal resource planning systems.
Todd is on the board of Boston Elite, a nonprofit organization which serves area youth. He is a graduate of Williams College and is a frequent speaker at business and technology events.
