Tom brings over two decades of business, IT and consulting leadership to NeuEon. Tom has extensive experience in the areas of business and technology leadership across many industries including financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, and consumer goods. Within these sectors, Tom has specific expertise in the areas of process improvement, digitization and standardization, merger/acquisitions, system implementations, enterprise resource planning, and work-force optimization.
Having served as both a chief operating officer and chief information officer for Boston-based firms Tom has gained a deep understanding on leveraging technology to create organizational benefits. In his leadership roles he has been responsible for finance, recruiting, consulting services, and technology organizations for small and enterprise level companies. In addition to his roles in Boston and the mid-west, Tom has provided executive level technology consulting and served as chief information officer to outsourced ventures in the United States and Europe.
Tom has spoken at industry events and contributed to various publications on the use of technology and people to create organizational efficiencies. He holds a dual bachelor of science in accounting and management from Bryant University.

Peter is the founder of the technology consultancy, NeuEon Inc. He specializes in providing guidance and advice to organizations building and leveraging technologies to meet their business goals. As a former chief technology officer for two Massachusetts based technology services firms, Harrison & Troxell, Inc. and Inforonics BTS, Peter has gained diverse industry expertise in healthcare, non-profit, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and publishing.
He has been involved with developing Internet technologies since 1991 with the creation of the first Internet browser, the InterNavigator™. Peter has a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Northeastern University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where he is also an adjunct faculty member of the Charlton College of Business and an advisory board member.

Sean T. Kenny is a transformational business leader and strategic advisor with deep expertise in organizational design, enterprise alignment, and solution traceability. As a senior leader at NeuEon, Sean spearheads high-impact engagements that guide organizations through digital transformation, leadership development, and business application strategy. His consulting approach blends clarity, rigor, and systems thinking to deliver measurable outcomes across diverse industries.
With a proven track record of advising executive teams through complex strategic decisions, Sean excels at translating vision into execution. He leads cross-functional initiatives that align methodologies with enterprise goals, institutionalize best practices, and accelerate organizational maturity. His work spans high-growth startups, mid-market firms, and Fortune 500 enterprises—each benefiting from his ability to architect scalable solutions and drive strategic leverage.
Sean is also a recognized speaker and facilitator, known for transforming complex frameworks into actionable learning assets. His command of decision-making models highlight the need for adaptability and continuous improvement positions him as a trusted advisor in leadership evolution and enterprise transformation.
Prior to joining NeuEon, Sean held senior roles where he consistently delivered operational excellence and strategic impact. His current focus includes leading Business Applications and Advisory services, helping clients navigate technology selection, implementation, and long-term value realization.

James is a results-oriented technology leader with a proven record of success delivering high-value solutions for diverse companies, ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. As NeuEon’s CTO and Cloud Strategy Practice Lead, James provides architectural leadership to help clients leverage cloud technologies to build scalable, reliable, cost-effective solutions for their organizations. He also guides clients to establish sound software development practices, including Agile processes, comprehensive automated testing, and DevOps.
James has both hands-on and strategic leadership experience, which enables him to help companies innovate while solving real-world problems. He joined NeuEon after working at MedAptus for more than a decade as Software Architect, Director of Software Development, and Vice President of Engineering as the company grew from a start-up to an established leader of clinical workforce and workflow solutions. He continues to expand his architectural knowledge and expertise by working with clients and staying up-to-date on the latest technological advancements.
James is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and earned his MBA from Northeastern University. He served in the United States Air Force for more than five years as a Captain and Communications/Computer Systems Officer and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Certified Scrum Master.
