Joe Carrolo
Joe Carrolo

Joe is recognized as an innovative, results-oriented leader with extensive experience in technology consulting and professional services. With a proven track record of success in leading organizations and developing strong client relationships, Joe has helped grow revenue, increase profitability and realize additional strategic value for companies from coast to coast.

Prior to joining NeuEon, Joe served as President at ArcTouch, a leading App Development Studio where he led the company’s team of strategists, designers and engineers to create mobile and connected experience solutions for the enterprise. Prior to leading ArcTouch, Joe was an executive at Sapient where he held senior leadership roles across the organization and helped drive growth from $30 million to over $500 million.

Joe is passionate about creating a culture of continuous improvement, innovative problem solving and open communication. His responsibilities have spanned strategy, business planning, sales, client management, organizational development, and financial planning and management. Joe is regularly quoted in technology publications and speaks often at national and local conferences and meetings. He holds a B.S. in computer science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Tom Gardner
Tom Gardner

Tom Gardner is an innovative technology executive with broad experience in business, IT and consulting. As Chief Operating Officer (COO) for NeuEon, Tom oversees all aspects of the company’s business operations and brings his expertise to select client engagements. Tom has a proven track record of driving long-term M&A, system implementations, enterprise resource planning, and workforce optimization. He also has extensive experience serving in business and technology leadership roles across a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications and consumer goods.

Prior to joining NeuEon, Tom provided executive-level technology consulting and served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) to outsourced ventures throughout the United States and Europe. He has also led finance, recruiting, consulting, and technology for a number of small and enterprise-level firms.

Tom is active on several boards, including Trunity, Inc. and AgEagle Aerial Systems. He is a regular speaker at industry events and has contributed to a variety of publications on the use of technology and people to create organizational efficiencies. Tom holds a dual B.S. in accounting and management from Bryant University.

Todd Ducharme

Todd is a results-oriented business leader with a track record of success in building high-performing, cross-functional teams. As Vice President of Consulting at NeuEon, Todd oversees multiple areas of focus including Agile transformations, methodologies and implementation, workflow and business process modeling, and new technology initiatives.

Over the course of his career, Todd has driven a wide variety of technical engagements spanning strategy, implementation and the management of complex projects. He has led the selection and implementation of key infrastructure initiatives for enterprise companies and has managed both onshore and offshore development teams for start-up and emerging technology companies.

Prior to joining NeuEon, Todd co-founded and created a successful digital media company where he expanded a traditional business by leveraging emerging technology. He also served as EVP of Operations for a national consumer health and wellness company where he built and managed various cross-functional teams responsible for supporting over 14 national retail centers.

Todd is a graduate of Williams College and is a frequent speaker at business and technology events.

Candy Alexander

Cyber Risk Leadership Practice Lead

Candy has 30 years of information security experience working for various high-tech companies. She has held several positions as CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) for which she developed and managed corporate security programs. She is now working as a Virtual or Fractional CISO and Executive Cyber Security Consultant assisting companies large and small to improve their security programs through effective security initiatives.

Candy is very active within the profession, where her contributions include International President for the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), chief architect for the Cyber Security Career Lifecycle and a long-standing Director on the International Board. She is also the inaugural President and past Board Member of the ISSA Education and Research Foundation. She remains a loyal member at the local level with the New England Chapter and the ISSA New Hampshire Chapter.

Candy has received numerous awards and recognitions, including that of Distinguished Fellow of the ISSA, ranking her as one of the top 1% in the association, and she was inducted into the ISSA’s Hall of Fame. As a leader in the cybersecurity profession, she is often a featured speaker at many events, including the most memorable to date; the IT Security Symposium at the United Nations in New York and the Offices of President of the United States.

Scott Weiner is a practice manager at NeuEon, Inc where he helps develop leaders and drive high performance of teams and organizational change. He has helped hundreds of companies improve their technology, processes and overall business strategies. He provides strategic guidance to entrepreneurs and executives and teams at multi-billion dollar organizations looking to create and use technology more effectively in highly competitive environments. Scott is a recognized expert in organizational transformation, speaking and writing on subjects related to business agility and leadership. He is an experienced leader who has an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for managing people, processes, and business strategies that are geared toward seeing the optimal results for clients.

Over the past twenty-five years Scott has provided vision and leadership in roles such as CEO, CTO, VP Product, VP Engineering, VP Professional Services across a variety of industries including financial services, insurance, healthcare, education and technology industries. Throughout these industries and roles, Scott’s expertise spans a variety of technologies and methodologies and he also has extensive experience in process development and refinement. His insights and guidance have been relied on by dozens of CEOs, investors and hundreds of software teams, product organizations including many in the Fortune 500.

He has built multi-million dollar consulting, training and software technology companies. Scott has more than 15 years experience in mobile technology, experience developing and managing SaaS and enterprise applications in healthcare, financial, insurance, manufacturing, distribution, and education industries.

Scott is also an advocate and leader for small businesses, having been a co-founder of ParentsWithApps, a coalition that brought together thousands of small educational businesses. He also coaches and mentors at the Hult Prize, a multi-national social impact business competition where he has coached teams to million-dollar prizes and helped them launch successful businesses. Scott also meets regularly with the United States Congress and federal agencies to discuss and improve technology policies that impact small businesses.

In partnership with Magnetude Consulting, Cyndy serves as a key member of NeuEon’s leadership team, focused across strategic and tactical marketing disciplines. Cyndy is recognized for her extensive skills in building and launching innovative, compelling and highly successful B2B and B2C products and services.

Cyndy has extensive experience in technology products and services including security, mobile, healthcare, medical devices, biotech, textiles, consumer products and electronics. She has held numerous leadership positions in marketing, business development and product management at industry leaders such as Polaroid, Iris Graphics, NEC and Agion.

Cyndy’s work in social, mobile, digital and traditional marketing has been recognized by organizations including MITX, the Summit Awards for direct marketing, and the Frost and Sullivan award for Customer Leadership. She holds a B.S. in economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
